Spending a Day with Harry - Priceless!!!
You and a guest could be treated to a memorable experience; spending a day with me! If you're up for it here's what you can get.
On Sunday, October 19th you and your guest could join me as my guests at Giants Stadium for the New York Giants/San Francisco 49ers game. On that morning you will meet me and be presented with Harry Carson autographed #53 football jerseys (well, after all you have to be dressed appropriately). You will then have a pre-game lunch with me at the stadium. After lunch you will join me (and I might add some of my friends) on the field prior to kick-off with 2 VIP on field passes. (Please note that very few fans ever get the opportunity to get down on the surface of the field at any time but especially on game day to see both teams warm up, so this should truly be a treat.) At the conclusion of the game you will join me back on the field where you will have an opportunity to meet your favorite current Giant or 49er player. The day will be completed with dinner at a restaurant in the area of Giants Stadium.
The Superbowl champs are up in Albany training hard to defend their title. You can show off your recognition Big Blue's past and present greatness in classic style with an autographed Harry Carson Replica Jersey or a special autographed Harry Carson Throwback Jersey.
Both jerseys are officially licensed NFL merchandise and are hand signed and personalized by Harry.
Act quickly. The standard replica jersey is available now at a special reduced price and quantities of the custom made throwback jerseys are limited.
If you're not up for a Jersey, we have a beautiful new t-shirt available. The shirt features a striking color photo of #53 in the "ready position" with the reflection of a Redskins lineman visible in his helmet. This image is also being offered as the first ever poster available from HarryCarson.Com. The poster can be found in our photo storein both large (23"x35") and small (16"x20") sizes. Each poster is personally autographed by Harry.
Join Harry this year as he appears on Giants Access Blue with Bob Papa and Carl Banks on WNBC Channel 4 New York from September 9th throughout the season on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. (EST).
Harry Carson has been named "Wellcare Ambassador" by the New York Chiropractic Council for their "WellCare Revolution" outreach and promotion.
Carson has been a supporter of chiropractic since his playing days with the Giants. In fact, when a back injury continued to bother Carson during the 1983 season, the Giants team physician immediately recommended him to a chiropractor and Carson has been incorporating chiropractic into his life. “I have lived it. It’s no secret chiropractic helped me immensely during my 13 consecutive seasons with the Giants, and it continues to play an integral part in my daily life,” said Carson. “I am proud to be involved with chiropractic, and I’m looking forward to performing my duties as the Council’s WellCare ambassador.”
Like many members of the Giants organization, general manager Jerry Reese and linebacker Antonio Pierce have reluctantly declined many speaking and appearance requests in the wake of the team’s Super Bowl victory. But they quickly and gladly accepted one this week, when they were they received the 2008 Man of the Year awards from MAN (Minority Athletes Networking) etc. Inc.
MAN’s 17th annual benefit dinner, held at Mayfair Farms in West Orange, N.J., was entitled, “Recognizing Heroes,” which made Reese a little uncomfortable about his honor.
On Friday, November 17, 2006, the New York Giants Greatest Linebackers (The Giants "Heavy Hitters" consisting of Brian Kelly, Carl Banks, Brad VanPelt and Hall of Famers Sam Huff, Lawrence Taylor and Harry Carson) paid a visit to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. The Giant Linebackers took time as a group to visit many of the wounded soldiers who were injured in Iraq. Most of the wounded soldiers were leg and arm amputees as a result of IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) or a result of gunfire. All of the soldiers, families of wounded soldiers, and the staff of Walter Reed were very appreciative of our visit to support the wounded and thank them for their service and sacrifice.
